Islam brings over two decades of experience across diverse management roles in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, and Central Asia. His strategic vision and operational expertise have been the driving force behind EduPark's school transformation projects.
Dr. Marwa holds a Harvard diploma in School Management and brings more than 20 years of direct educational experience. She leads EduPark's academic programmes, teacher training, and accreditation consultancy work across all regions.
Project Period: April 2022 – December 2023 | Full School Assessment, Transformation & Improvement Project
In April 2022, EduPark conducted a comprehensive assessment of Oxford School in Tajikistan covering all key areas: school management, academic leadership, teaching quality, infrastructure, digital presence, and stakeholder engagement. A detailed report with department-wise recommendations was submitted, and EduPark was subsequently invited to lead the full school improvement project in close cooperation with the leadership team.
Our founders have operated at senior levels across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, and Central Asia — giving us unique insight into the specific challenges of schools in these regions.
We have successfully guided schools through both Cambridge and IB accreditation processes — including Oxford School Tajikistan, which achieved IB recognition in 2024.
From classroom teacher training to full school financial restructuring — EduPark is one of the few consultancies that operates across the complete spectrum of school improvement.
Our school management training is grounded in the Harvard CSML framework. Our ATP teacher training is certified by AJOU University, Tashkent — a Korean university branch.
